Your projects
stay yours.

What we store about your photos, voice recordings and videos, why we store it, who can reach it and how to get rid of it. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.

What this page covers

This page is maintained by the Celebrisa team to explain, in plain language, what happens to the photos, recordings and videos you put into the product. It describes current practice and is not a certification or an audit result.

Celebrisa runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides the database, authentication, file storage and hosting behind the app. Responsibility is shared: the platform secures the infrastructure, and we decide how the app uses it.

Information we hold

  • Account details: the email address you sign up with, and the confirmation state of that address.
  • Project content: the occasion, your message and the settings you choose such as art style, narrator voice or the option to clone your own voice.
  • Uploaded photos: the images of the people you want turned into animated characters.
  • Voice recordings: the 20 second sample you record if you choose to clone your own voice for narration.
  • Generated assets: the illustrated scenes, narrated and lip synced video, the finished MP4 and the celebration share page linked to your project.
  • Share links: if you turn on a celebration share page, the token behind it and the project it points at.

How your content is used

Your project content is used to run the features you ask for. When you generate a story, illustrate a scene, animate a photo or clone a voice, the relevant content is sent to the AI provider that performs that task, and the result is written back to your project.

We do not sell your content, and we do not publish your projects. Nothing in a project is visible to anyone else unless you turn on a share link yourself.

Access and storage

  • Projects, photos, voice recordings and generated videos are scoped to your account through row level database policies.
  • Files live in a private storage bucket and are served through short lived signed URLs rather than public addresses.
  • Authentication is handled by the platform. We never see or store your password.
  • A celebration share link, if you turn one on, lets anyone with that link view that project's share page until you turn it off.

Retention and deletion

Project content is kept for as long as your account exists, so you can come back and revisit a video. Deleting a project removes its photos, voice recordings, generated scenes and video from the app.

If you want your account and everything in it removed, contact us and we will delete it. Files you have already downloaded remain on your own devices and are outside our control.

Cookies and analytics

Celebrisa uses browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers on the product pages.

Your choices

  • Edit or delete any project content directly in the app at any time.
  • Turn off a celebration share link to stop anyone else viewing the page.
  • Ask for a copy of your projects, or for your account to be deleted.
